Backrooms Parkour combines the liminal aesthetic of the internet's most famous creepypasta with precision jumping. Instead of solving puzzles or hiding from entities, you are navigating these unsettling environments entirely through momentum, timing, and movement tech.
Six Distinct Stages
The map features a full gauntlet of six levels ripped straight from Backrooms lore. You start in the classic yellow office space of Level 0 before moving through the flooded corridors of the Poolrooms, a dead-silent Hotel, and the Arcade Rooms. The geometry is built to match the eerie, empty feeling of these spaces while still providing a clear, readable jump path. There are also a few easter eggs hidden out of bounds if you are willing to risk a fall to explore.
High-Pressure Platforming
The difficulty scales up as you progress deeper into the map. The Lonely Road shifts the atmosphere entirely, acting as a transition into the final stage: Run For Your Life. Based on the infamous Level !, this final stretch ditches careful platforming and forces you to maintain top speed, executing flawless jumps under pressure to simulate an active chase sequence.
How to install?
Android: use ES Explorer to find mcworld in the download folder. Click on a file to import it inside.
Versions of Windows 10: Go to your downloads folder and find mcworld. Click on the document to add it to the client.
IOS: as soon as they clicked on the Download button below, the device will offer to open it.
