Chained Hearts Addon

Chained Hearts Mod — link up with a friend and literally share the same hearts, so every hit, heal, and regen becomes a two-player problem in Minecraft Bedrock.

Chained Hearts Mod (also called Linked Hearts) is one of those co-op addons that instantly changes the vibe of a world without adding a million new blocks. The whole idea is simple and brutal: you connect your hearts with another player, and once you’re linked, damage, healing, and regeneration are shared between both of you. If one person takes a hit, you both feel it. If one person heals, you both benefit. That makes every little decision matter more, because your partner’s mistakes become your problem too, and your smart plays can save both of you at once. It’s perfect for challenge runs, co-op survival adventures, or just messing around with friends when you want the game to feel way more intense than normal.

The linking process is built to be easy and clean. There’s a Linked Hearts item and a heart-link menu for co-op gameplay, plus a pop-up where the other player can accept or decline the link. No crafting, no commands, no extra setup drama—just link up and start playing. The mod even gives you a Linked Compass item that’s styled to look and feel like an enchanted compass, which fits the whole “special connection” theme without turning it into something complicated. It also has its own name styling with glow-like visuals, shown as “§bLinked Hearts §d@LinkedHearts,” so it stands out in your inventory like it’s actually important and not just another random tool.

Where Chained Hearts Mod gets really fun is the way it forces teamwork in everyday Minecraft Bedrock moments. A simple cave run turns into a constant check-in: one person can’t just face-tank mobs while the other chills, because both players pay the price. At the same time, healing becomes a shared resource in the most satisfying way—one clutch heal helps the whole duo stabilize, and regeneration feels like a team buff instead of a solo perk. It also creates hilarious “protect the reckless friend” moments, because if your buddy sprints into trouble, you’re basically getting dragged into that fight whether you wanted it or not. The best co-op rhythm is when one player plays safe and navigates while the other takes risks, but now those roles have consequences, so you actually have to talk and move like a pair.

Chained Hearts Mod is multiplayer-ready and works in creative and Realms, which makes it perfect for friend servers where you want a clean challenge that doesn’t require admin setup. If you want a fresh way to play Minecraft Bedrock co-op that feels personal, chaotic, and weirdly wholesome at the same time, Chained Hearts Mod turns “we’re playing together” into “we survive together,” and it makes every heart count for both of you.
