Health Change Displayer Mod – See every hit, every heal

Ever wanted to actually see what’s going on with health in Minecraft instead of guessing? That’s exactly what this mod does. The Health Change Displayer shows you floating text every time a mob or player takes damage or heals, so you know exactly how much HP is moving around in real time. It’s clean, simple, and makes combat way more fun to track.

When you hit a mob, you’ll see a little number pop up above it—bright red for damage. If it heals, you’ll see green numbers instead. It feels kind of like an RPG system slapped into vanilla Minecraft, and honestly, it’s a game-changer. Fighting bosses like the Ender Dragon or Wither becomes way more engaging since you can track how effective your hits are. No more guessing if that Power V bow is really pulling its weight—you’ll see the difference.

It’s not just for combat, though. You can use it for farming animals, healing pets, or even PvP fights with your friends. The numbers give you instant feedback, which means you can adjust your strategy mid-fight. Maybe your sword enchant isn’t doing enough? You’ll notice. Maybe your buddy’s axe crits harder? You’ll see it right away.

The best part is that it doesn’t clutter the screen.
