Keep It One Mace Addon

Mods / Mods 1.21

Keep It One Mace Mod — lock the meta with a hard cap so one legendary stays special and fights stay fair.

This Minecraft Bedrock addon keeps your world, Realm, or server from turning into a mace spam fest by letting you set a strict maximum on how many Maces can exist at once. It sounds tiny, but the pacing shift in MCPE survival is huge. Instead of everyone rushing the strongest weapon on day two, you get one shared end-game tool the group plans around. Treat the mace like a community asset: pull it out for boss pushes, raid defense, ancient-city dives, or clutch patrols around a villager hall, then return it to storage so someone else can take the next turn. Day to day, you still run swords, axes, bows, and crossbows, which keeps combat readable and keeps your progression feeling earned rather than trivial.

For survival routines, set up an armory near spawn with a simple check-in flow. Rename the mace so it’s clearly the “town” copy, leave a short note board beside it, and stash backup gear so the next player can suit up fast. Map your patrol loop with clear lantern lines and keep water buckets at key drops so the mace carrier can rotate quickly between walls during a raid. If it gets lost to lava or the void, decide a cooldown before a replacement enters the world; that soft reset keeps the economy stable and stops drama before it starts. Builders can lean into the “one legendary” vibe with a glass case, subtle lighting, and a tiny viewing platform so it doubles as decor when not in use. With shaders or RTX, the display looks clean without going overkill on brightness.

On Realms and server play, the cap is pure balance. Post the rules at spawn—who can borrow it, for how long, and where it must be returned—and keep the storage room outside crowded market chunks so people don’t load the same area nonstop. For PvP, separate mace-allowed events from regular kit duels so fights stay skill-based; the mace becomes a headline for objective modes, not a free win in random skirmishes. If your server runs tokens or shops, don’t price the mace like a common item; the whole point of this Minecraft Bedrock addon is scarcity that creates stories. Spread big fights across chunk lines to reduce rubber-banding when a crowd gathers, and avoid stacking every spectator in one hallway. Back up your world before updates, test new versions in a side copy, and keep expectations practical: the cap doesn’t nerf the mace’s identity, it just keeps your survival, Realms, and server seasons honest, memorable, and way more fun.
