Save Your Location | Home Mod — a smooth home system that turns one compass into your personal teleport hub for every base and outpost you care about.
In a normal survival run it’s way too easy to wander off, get distracted, and suddenly realize you have no idea how to get back to the place you actually like living in. Save Your Location | Home Mod solves that by giving you a clean, menu-driven home system that never forgets where you’ve been. When you create a new world, you flip on the Beta-API experimental toggle once, and from that moment the addon is ready to track your favorite spots. Inside the world, all you need is a compass in hand. Hold it, right-click on PC or long-press on mobile, and a simple interface slides up on your screen with everything you need: home slots, dimension info, and safe teleports in a couple of taps.
Each home you save stores exact coordinates plus the dimension it belongs to, so bouncing between an overworld base, a fiery nether tunnel hub, and a remote end island becomes a routine rather than a gamble. Instead of typing clunky commands or writing down numbers on your phone, you just stand where you want, open the menu, and lock that location into an empty slot. Later, when you’re done mining, raiding, or exploring, you pull out the same compass, pick the home you want to return to, confirm, and the addon handles the jump. The UI is built with clear forms and confirmation steps, so you always know what slot you’re editing and where you’re about to land.
Over time, this turns your world into a network of linked safe zones. Early game, you might only keep a single “Home” slot for your starter shack. Mid game, you’ll probably add a dedicated mine, a villager trading hall, a mob farm perch, and maybe a coastal house or mountain base. Late game, you end up with a proper travel layout: one slot parked at your storage hall, one by a big project, one deep in a resource-rich area you don’t want to lose, another on a far island you claimed with friends. All of that is handled from a single compass without cluttering your hotbar with extra items or forcing everyone on the world to memorize commands.
Because it’s fully menu-driven, new players who have never touched command systems can use it instantly, and more experienced players finally get a structured, reliable alternative to chat teleports. Whether you’re running a quiet solo survival or a co-op world with a couple of friends, Save Your Location | Home Mod turns getting around from “hope I remember the path” into “open the menu, pick the slot, and get back to building in seconds.”
