Most superhero mods in Minecraft Bedrock just slap a retexture on standard armor and call it a day. The Heroes: Lanterns addon actually brings working power rings into your survival world with custom energy mechanics. Right now, you can legitimately obtain both the Green and Yellow rings in standard survival without having to cheat them in from the creative menu.
To get your hands on the Green Power Ring, you need to do some exploring. Scout around beaches, rivers, or mangrove swamps until you spot the custom structure. You will find a specific entity hanging around there—just interact with it to claim your ring and the charging lantern.
Equipping the gear is simple. Just crouch (shift) and interact with the ring to instantly throw on the suit. The best feature here is the inventory lock. Once you equip the suit, both the outfit and the ring are permanently locked into your inventory. You don't have to worry about losing your custom superhero gear if you fall into the void or die miles away from your bed.
You can't just spam the powers forever, though. The ring relies on an energy system with a max durability of 1000, draining 1 point every 3 seconds while active. If it drops to 1, it shuts off completely. To juice it back up, place down that charging lantern you grabbed from the structure. Drop your ring into the lantern's slot, and it rapidly recharges at 4 durability per second.
When you are fully charged and wearing the ring, shift-interacting again opens up a custom UI menu to swap out your active abilities. The solid light tools you can spawn from this menu aren't just cosmetic—they actually function exactly like standard diamond gear for mining, chopping, and fighting. It completely replaces your normal loadout, making this one of the best survival superhero addons for MCPE if you want to overhaul how you gather resources and fight mobs.
