If you are completely bored of standard Minecraft survival and want to turn your world into something straight out of Left 4 Dead or 7 Days to Die, this addon totally flips the script.
It completely overhauls the vanilla experience into a stressful, post-apocalyptic wasteland. You aren't just building a pretty house anymore—you have to actually manage a base generator, scavenge for supplies, and heavily fortify your walls to survive massive nightly raids and chaotic Blood Moon events. You can even craft custom weapons and somehow tame the undead to build your own personal zombie army, which is a wild mechanic.
The Horde Roster
Vanilla zombies are basically a joke, but this mod introduces nine specialized variants that force you to actually prioritize your targets during a siege. You can't just blindly swing a sword into the crowd anymore.
The Grunts: You are dealing with standard walkers (which are buffed up to 40 HP), extremely annoying ankle-biting Crawlers that are super hard to hit, and Fast Zombies that will instantly sprint you down if you get caught out in the open.
The Tanks: Swat Zombies are fully decked out in tactical armor to absorb your hits, while the Brute is a massive, slow-moving bullet sponge that will completely wreck your health bar if it gets close.
The Hazards: Spitters will keep you constantly moving with ranged AoE attacks, and Hazmat Zombies completely shrug off potion effects (but are totally worth hunting since they drop rare tech loot).
The Run-Enders: The Screamer acts as a living alarm system that will pull every nearby zombie straight to your location. And the Explosive Zombie? It is basically a living bomb that will blast a massive hole right through your base defenses if you don't pick it off with a bow from a distance.
It is a massive difficulty spike that makes the nights genuinely terrifying and forces you to actually play defensively.

— Select new textures in the settings;
