SCP: Block Protocol Map — a multiplayer survival-horror facility run where SCP containment has failed and dangerous anomalies are loose inside the complex.

SCP: Block Protocol Map drops you into that tense, claustrophobic vibe from the SCP universe, but built as a Minecraft survival-horror experience designed for multiplayer chaos. The whole setup is simple in the scariest way: SCPs have breached containment and they’re roaming the facility, which means the building itself becomes the threat. Every hallway feels like a gamble, every room feels like it might be safe or it might be the place where your run ends. Because it’s multiplayer, the fear isn’t just “what’s around the corner,” it’s also “where’s my teammate and did they just trigger something that’s now coming for all of us.”

The map is directly based on the SCP Foundation concept and Regalis’ SCP - Containment Breach, so it leans into that cold, industrial facility atmosphere where you never fully relax. You’re moving through a place that was supposed to be controlled and secure, but now it’s broken, and the feeling of systems failing is part of the horror. SCP: Block Protocol Map is the kind of world where you naturally start communicating more, not because the game forces it, but because silence gets people killed. Players split up, regroup, hesitate at intersections, and start doing that nervous “you go first” routine when the path narrows. Even basic survival decisions feel heavier when you’re trapped in an environment that’s meant to contain things that shouldn’t exist.

What makes SCP: Block Protocol Map especially interesting is the mix of influences it pulls from. It’s inspired by the Box of Horrors mod, yesnoYW’s SCP: Anomaly Breach 2 on Roblox, and an SCP: CB Ultimate Edition mod, so it’s coming from that broader SCP fan ecosystem where the fun is the panic and the unpredictability of anomalies being active in the same space as players. You don’t need the map to explain why it’s scary; the premise does the work. You’re in a facility with roaming SCPs, and the map dares you to survive long enough to feel like you understand it. That’s the sweet spot for a multiplayer horror session: your group thinks they’ve got a plan, then the facility reminds you that plans are fragile.

SCP: Block Protocol Map fits best when you play it like a horror movie with friends: stay close when things feel wrong, take risks when you have to, and accept that someone will probably get separated at the worst possible time. It’s a Minecraft map built around the SCP Foundation idea of containment breaking down, so the tension comes from movement, uncertainty, and how your squad reacts under pressure. If you want a survival-horror run that’s rooted in SCP - Containment Breach energy and shaped by modern SCP-inspired experiences, SCP: Block Protocol Map is built for exactly that kind of night.
