Fazbear's Pizzeria Horror OFv4 is a massive horror map that slams Five Nights at Freddy's, SCP, and Dead by Daylight into a single universe. The main story mode focuses on tracking down William Afton after his crimes open up a dimensional portal, causing the souls of dead children to possess the animatronics—which are classified as SCP-093 in this lore. You play through scripted chapters and hunt for hidden clues across the map to uncover exactly what happened.
For gameplay, you can switch between several distinct modes. Nightshift is the classic FNaF survival game where you sit in the security room managing limited power, security doors, and lights until 6 AM. If you want to leave the pizzeria, Exploration mode opens up external locations like Westvilley City, Ness Lake, and SCP laboratories to complete quests and trade with NPCs. There are also multiplayer minigames, including an interactive Animatronic vs. Guard PvP, an arena-style monster warfare mode, and a generator-loop escape mode inspired by Dead by Daylight.
The map relies heavily on custom scripting, NPC dialogue trees, and command block systems to run the automated doors and mini-games, so you must enable experimental toggles in your world settings before loading it up. It is fully compatible with multiplayer if you want to run the PvP modes or tackle the story chapters with friends on a Bedrock realm.
