The absolute second you load into the starting hub, your Xbox Live achievements are permanently disabled. If you are looking to earn official Gamerscore, you cannot do it on this save file because the custom AI scripts immediately flag the world as heavily modified. You must dive into the options and ensure that the Experimental Gameplay features, specifically the Beta APIs, are actively toggled on before hitting play.
