Crafteable Enchantments (Craft Enchants) Mod — lets you craft specific enchants on purpose, turning enchantment grinding into a recipe hunt instead of pure RNG.
Crafteable Enchantments (Craft Enchants) Mod is for Minecraft Bedrock / MCPE players who are tired of the usual enchant loop where you burn XP, roll garbage, grind again, and hope the table finally gives you what you actually need. This addon expands the system by letting you create enchantments through custom crafting recipes, so you can work toward a specific enchant instead of gambling for it. The key detail is that it doesn’t try to delete vanilla enchanting or replace how the game normally works — it adds another route on top of it, which means you can still use the enchantment table when you want, but you’re no longer trapped by randomness.
The addon represents each enchantment and level as its own unique Written Book. So instead of “an enchanted book” that could be anything, you’re dealing with books that are clearly labeled by enchant and level, like Sharpness X, Efficiency IX, Fortune VIII, or Smite VII. That’s huge for organization and planning, because your storage and your progression goals get clearer. You’re not hoarding mystery books “just in case,” you’re collecting exactly what you intend to put on your gear. It also makes trading and multiplayer sharing way cleaner, because you can hand someone a specific book and both of you know what it is immediately.
Craft Enchants is described as survival friendly because the recipes are balanced using rare materials based on enchantment level. The higher the level, the rarer the cost, which keeps the system from feeling like free power. In practice, it turns enchanting into a resource decision: do you spend your rare materials to lock in a guaranteed upgrade, or do you keep rolling the table and hope RNG blesses you? That choice is what makes the addon feel fair instead of cheaty, because you’re paying for control.
This also changes how your world progression feels. Instead of “I guess I’ll enchant whatever I get,” you can build a real plan: craft the enchant you want, then build your toolset around it. That’s perfect for long survival worlds where you’re digging huge projects or doing constant mining runs, because targeted enchants like Efficiency or Fortune stop being a lottery and start being an achievable goal you can grind toward. Crafteable Enchantments (Craft Enchants) Mod basically makes enchanting feel like crafting: intentional, grindable, and way less frustrating, while still keeping vanilla mechanics alive in Minecraft Bedrock / MCPE.
