Player Jockey Addon

Player Jockey Mod — a goofy, practical multiplayer addon that lets players ride other players, so your friend can “drive” while you focus on whatever the moment needs.
Player Jockey Mod is built for those Bedrock sessions where you’re moving as a group and you want something fun that also actually helps. Instead of fighting with weird mount behavior or letting AI decide where you go, this addon makes it player-controlled: one person becomes rideable, another person hops on, and you’ve basically got a teammate mount. It’s perfect for chaos runs, roleplay scenes, or just messing around on a server when you’re traveling between builds and want the journey to be a bit more than sprinting in a straight line.
Using it is simple and very “in-the-moment.” The rider and the person being ridden both need to clear their hands—empty main hand and off-hand by selecting a free hotbar slot—so the mod knows you’re not trying to do something else. Then the person who’s becoming the mount holds the sneak button, and a slight animation plays to show they’re rideable. At that point, another player can interact with them to get on. It’s a clean setup because it doesn’t rely on confusing menus or a pile of items; it’s basically a quick signal system you can do anywhere, even mid-adventure.

Once you’ve got someone on you, the addon also gives a bunch of clear ways to kick the rider off, so you’re not stuck in an awkward situation if you need to reset fast. The rider can dismount by pressing sneak, and there are also other eject triggers like pressing the attack button, being in water, gliding, or starting to ride something else. Even filling your off-hand or main-hand slots can evict the rider, which is a nice “emergency stop” because it means you can shut the whole thing down just by grabbing an item or switching back to normal play. The only hand-slot detail called out is that the main-hand eviction doesn’t apply to picking up items off the ground, so you’re not constantly breaking the ride just because you walked over drops.
In actual gameplay, Player Jockey Mod shines when you treat it like a teamwork tool and a joke at the same time. You can use it for silly “VIP escort” moments in a city map, for friend races, for carrying someone who’s lagging behind, or just for creating that ridiculous screenshot where one player is literally mounted on another like it’s a real mechanic. It’s also great for servers because it’s instantly understandable: empty hands, sneak to become rideable, interact to hop on, and then dismount with sneak or any of the other listed triggers. Player Jockey Mod is basically a clean, controllable “player mount” system for Minecraft Bedrock that turns your friends into the steering wheel.
