SOUL WITCH: Spooky New Boss & Ghosts Addon

Mods / Mods 1.21

SOUL WITCH: Spooky New Boss & Ghosts mod — Halloween-grade chills with a real endgame fight.

This Bedrock addon leans hard into night gameplay: ghosts start showing up in roofed forests and pale garden biomes after dark, drifting in groups, phasing through blocks, and dive-bombing players or villagers with a weakness debuff on hit. They’re tougher than your usual nuisance and, more importantly, they drop Ectoplasm—the core resource that powers almost everything here. Early survival loop is simple: lantern up the treeline, kite a few spirits, and bank the drops. That Ectoplasm fuels utility and mobility plays like the Ectoplasm Eyes, crafted by pairing it with an Eye of Ender; pop one to go invisible, get launched upward, then float down with slow falling and snag a brief speed boost for quick escapes or clutch roof hops. Crowd control fans will like the Stunning Whistle (Ectoplasm plus a Copper Ingot): blow it near mobs to freeze movement for a moment, with a cooldown and durability you can repair using more Ectoplasm. Builders aren’t left out either—four Ectoplasm makes a pulsing decorative block, and Ghostly Bricks (including cracked and chiseled variants) stonecut cleanly into stairs, slabs, and walls; just remember, without Silk Touch you won’t recover every bit of material on break.

The big hook is progression: track down a rare altar made of ghostly bricks in the same biomes, find the Haunted Core at its center, craft the Malice Lurer, and use it there to pull the boss. The Soul Witch shows up stacked—420 health, several damage immunities, teleport spam, spirit summons, clones, and mixed projectiles—so treat it like a raid night on Realms. The fight even comes with a unique track you can assemble into a disc from fragments she drops. Beat her and you’ve got a real loot table: Ectoplasm, plus one of four weapons—the Spirit Sceptre to summon friendly ghosts, the Soul Slasher that applies wither and hits extra hard versus ghosts and witches, or one of two Soul Tomes, either sonic blasts or heavy fireballs. She also guarantees either a Wicked Hat or Wicked Robe, both wearable for armor and buffs, including handy poison immunity. Practical notes for MCPE and server play: keep the summon altar a chunk or two from heavy farms or portals to avoid weird unloads; on low-end devices, limit active ghosts during events; and check Realms rules before running the boss at spawn. For PvP, the whistle’s stun and tome blasts can grief duels, so most servers will want a safe arena zone. Overall, this is a tight “hunt, craft, summon, conquer” loop that fits survival, scales well to Realms, and looks great under shader/RTX during those moonlit bug hunts.
