Magnet Man Addon

Mods / Mods 1.21

Magnet Man Mod — crouch to flip on “loot gravity” and vacuum every drop within a 12-block bubble.

One mechanic, huge quality-of-life win: the moment you sneak, every loose item around you starts sliding across the floor and snaps to your feet. No menus, no commands, no weird setup—just hold crouch and the cleanup phase of survival turns into a quick sweep. Early game, this is a lifesaver when you’re chopping trees or clearing brush; you finish the last log, dip into a crouch, and saplings, sticks, apples, and stray planks roll right into your hotbar before they despawn. Underground it’s even better. Instead of doing the “walk back and forth over a messy vein” dance, you mine a pocket, take one step back, crouch, and every shard of ore, cobble, and gravel you care about jumps to you while you stay off the edge.

The trick is learning when not to be a magnet. Stand tall while a creeper drops, then crouch after the dust settles so you don’t yoink gunpowder through a lava lip. In the Nether, clear the lane first, build a quick brim of blocks to catch wayward drops, then crouch to reel in quartz and loot without leaning over fire. For ocean wrecks, climb onto a safe ledge, tap sneak, and let the chest room’s spill come to you instead of flailing in current. Inventory discipline matters more with power this strong, so keep one empty slot on the bar and dump junk in a side chest before big pulls; crouch near your trash pile and you’ll vacuum it right back up if you forget.

On servers and Realms, Magnet Man becomes etiquette. In a group fight, call “looting” before you crouch so you don’t slurp your friend’s set by accident; better yet, let the designated carrier do the cleanup while everyone else stays standing. Around farms, the addon feels made for you: stand at the edge of a crop row or mob grinder, crouch in pulses between cycles, and you’ll sweep everything without clogging the collection tunnel or running laps. In raids, crouch only after the last horn so you aren’t pulling arrows and dropped gear while you still need to block; once the bell is quiet, you dip, the plaza slides clean, and the next wave prep starts immediately.

It’s not a cheat that deletes challenge; it’s a flow tool that rewards calm hands. You still have to make smart lanes, avoid lava, and keep an eye on spawns. What changes is pacing. Runs end faster, caves feel safer, and post-battle chaos turns into a tidy pile at your boots. Flip the magnet on when it’s time to collect, flip it off when danger returns, and your whole session gets smoother without breaking how the game plays.
