Fredbear Addon

Mods / Mods 1.21

Fredbear Mod — a fast, brutal animatronic hunter that turns your cozy world into a constant night-time panic run.

Fredbear Mod drops one single monster into your world, but he’s enough to carry the whole horror vibe by himself. This giant yellow bear doesn’t creep around slowly like a regular mob – he sprints. With 380 health and a 99-damage hit, he’s built like a raid boss that never really turns off. The first time he spots you, you learn the hard way that there’s no “tanking a hit” and backing off. If he connects, you’re basically deleted. That alone would be rough, but the addon goes further: Fredbear can climb walls and ignores fall damage, so all your usual tricks like nerd-poles, cliff drops, and tower camping just stop working.

Because he moves so fast, the tension is less about a single fight and more about every step you take after dark. Building horror maps with this addon is easy: drop Fredbear into tight hallways, vents, stairwells, or school-style corridors, and let players realize too late that he can chase them vertically as well as horizontally. He works great in multiplayer lobbies too. One player hears his custom footsteps and voice lines echoing somewhere in a base, calls it out, and suddenly everyone is sprinting, blocking doors, or hiding in whatever small space they can find. The custom sounds do a lot of the heavy lifting here – you don’t just see him, you hear him coming, which makes even safe spots feel shaky.

In survival runs, you can treat Fredbear as an optional “living disaster.” Turn him loose in a region as a roaming threat that players are warned about but not really ready to fight. His high health pool makes trying to burn him down feel like an actual boss project, so most players will focus on staying out of his line of sight, baiting him away from bases, or trying to trap him temporarily instead of face-tanking. Horror creators can build full chase sequences around him, while regular survival players can just drop the addon into a world when they want nights to feel way more dangerous than a couple of zombies scratching at the door.
