True Bosses Addon

Mods 26 [1.26] / Mods 1.21

True Bosses Mod — an achievement-friendly boss upgrade that turns the Ender Dragon and Wither into real threats with 600 HP, faster attacks, and new projectile moves.

True Bosses Mod is for anyone who feels like Minecraft bosses don’t hit hard enough anymore. If you’ve ever watched players delete the Ender Dragon like it’s a speedrun checkpoint, this addon is basically a response to that. It doesn’t add a bunch of unrelated mobs or change the whole game’s vibe—it focuses on making the big bosses feel like bosses again. The key promise is simple: harder fights, bigger punishment for sloppy plays, and more pressure to actually prepare instead of walking in half-geared and winning anyway. And it’s marked achievement friendly, so you’re not doing this in a “cheats on” sandbox mood—you’re doing it in a real survival world where the win actually counts.

The Ender Dragon gets the most dramatic glow-up. In True Bosses Mod, it now has 600 health points, flies faster, and has a strong pushback aura that blasts away mobs that get too close. That pushback is a huge deal because it makes melee hits way harder to land consistently, so you can’t just hug the dragon and swing until it falls over. The addon also calls out that the dragon can sometimes deal massive damage, which means the fight can spike from “manageable” to “oh no” fast if you get caught out of position. It basically turns the dragon into a moving hazard, not just a target.

The real spice is the dragon’s new projectile kit—six different attacks that force you to stay alert and reposition. Air Blast hits with massive damage and knockback on impact, so getting tagged can launch you into a bad spot instantly. Darkness Fog adds a few seconds of darkness, which is brutal in a fight where losing visual control can mess up your timing and movement. Distortion Ball randomly teleports entities in an area, which can throw your whole plan off, especially if you’re trying to hold a safe spot or keep teammates grouped. End Meteor is the “don’t stand still” nightmare: it causes a massive explosion and leaves a trail of fire, so the arena becomes dangerous even after the hit lands. Thunder Burst drops a lightning bolt on impact, and Void Charge creates an area that slows the target, making it easier to get punished right after.

The Wither gets upgraded too, and it’s not subtle. True Bosses Mod gives the Wither 600 health points on all difficulties, so the fight is automatically longer and more demanding no matter what. Its skulls explode with more power and move faster, which means dodging becomes a real skill check instead of a suggestion. On top of that, some skulls can leave trails of fire on impact, so the battlefield can turn into a messy hazard zone where you’re taking damage and losing space if you’re not careful.

True Bosses Mod is basically a boss difficulty switch for players who want the Ender Dragon and Wither to feel scary again. Bigger health, faster movement, stronger explosions, and new projectile pressure means you actually have to respect the fights. If you’ve been looking for an achievement-friendly way to make boss battles in Minecraft Bedrock feel like a true endgame challenge, True Bosses Mod is made for that exact purpose.
