Spider-Man Addon will make you a real Spider-Man in Minecraft.
Instead of just handing you a fancy red-and-blue armor set, this add-on actually forces you to earn your abilities in survival mode. You have to track down Oscorp laboratories randomly generated across various biomes in your world to find a radioactive spider capsule. Once you let it bite you, the mod fundamentally changes how you interact with the game engine. You instantly gain a custom Spider-Sense that warns you of nearby enemies, the ability to physically crawl on walls and ceilings, and incredibly satisfying web-swinging mechanics that rely on actual momentum. The combat system is also entirely overhauled, replacing the boring vanilla sword-spam with custom items that let you launch mobs into the air for aerial combos, fire web prisons, and build up a Focus bar to execute cinematic finishing moves or heal mid-fight.
The "Brand New Day" multiversal scope of the pack is where it gets completely chaotic. Because the portals have gone haywire, your world will constantly be invaded by legendary rogues gallery villains like the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Venom, and Electro. Defeating them lets you craft their unique accessories and boss powers at your custom Oscorp Lab Table. You will also encounter multiversal allies and unlock dozens of specialized suits, ranging from the mechanical Iron Spider arms and Miles Morales' abilities, all the way to bizarre variants like Spider-Ham, Spider-Punk, and even the massive Spider-Rex.
Because this add-on completely rewrites player movement, injects a massive custom combat UI, and introduces heavy custom structure generation for the villain encounters, it operates as a heavy behavior pack. As a direct result, applying this to your world will permanently disable your Xbox Live achievements. You also absolutely must go into your world settings before loading in and toggle on the Experimental Gameplay features, specifically for custom blocks, structures, and Beta APIs. If you skip those developer toggles, the Oscorp labs won't spawn, the multiversal portals will break, and your web-shooters simply won't fire.
From a performance standpoint, you need to be very careful if you are running this on weaker hardware. If you are playing on a modern console or a high-end PC, web-swinging through a jungle while fighting the Green Goblin feels incredibly fluid and fast-paced. However, if you are playing on an older budget smartphone, the sheer amount of custom animations, particle effects from the web-shooters, and sudden chunk-loading as you swing at high speeds will cause massive lag spikes. Throwing a multi-villain fight with Doctor Octopus and Electro into the mix on a mobile device will almost certainly turn your framerate into a slideshow. It is easily one of the most ambitious superhero overhauls available for Bedrock, but it demands hardware that can keep up with the action.
