This isn't just some basic mob that chases you around with a loud jump-scare sound effect—it is a full-on psychological horror experience powered by actual AI-driven logic plugged right into Bedrock.
When you first load into your world, you meet this strange, yellow companion named Verity. At the start of your run, it feels like the ultimate utility mod. You can open up your regular chat box from literally anywhere on the map, type "Verity," and ask it whatever you want. It will solve math formulas, answer random trivia, or even play songs and custom sound effects when you are bored. It actually reads your custom chat inputs and generates real-time text responses, all while its physical face changes expressions based on the conversation.
But here is where the gameplay gets completely unsettling: the addon tracks how long it has been in your world across a distinct four-phase evolution.
The longer Verity hangs around your base, the more the AI begins to glitch and warp. That helpful, friendly guide slowly begins to degrade. The things it says, the tone it uses, and how it interacts with you completely shift over time. It starts dropping weird, cryptic comments, acting out of character, and letting you know that it knows way more about your world than a normal mob ever should.
