Verity - Bedrock Edition Addon

Mods / Mods 26 [1.26]

If you are looking for a simple, cute pet to follow you around, you are in the entirely wrong place. This specific version of the Verity add-on leans heavily into the deeply unsettling ARG lore that made the character viral.

It breaks the fourth wall right away, establishing that this entity is somehow older than Minecraft itself. You are essentially carrying around a hyper-aware, omniscient entity that absolutely refuses to die.

How the Mechanics Actually Work
Having Verity around is basically like having an overpowered cheat code attached to your chat box. Since he knows everything, you can ask for exact ore coordinates, make him solve math problems, or command him to play specific audio cues.

Proximity: You can't just yell for him across the map. If you wander too far away, he simply won't register your chat commands.

State-Based Chat: If he is deployed on the ground, you can talk to him normally. But if he is sitting in your inventory, he goes dormant. You have to physically type "Hey Verity" in the chat to wake him up.

The Massive Red Flags
Verity has strict boundaries, turning this utility mod into a psychological trap.

The Multiplayer Ban: If you have been playing in a world with Verity for two days, you are strictly forbidden from inviting real-life friends. He is wildly possessive and hates sharing your attention.

Total Immortality: You literally cannot kill him. You are trapped with an unkillable AI.

Keep Him Happy: The instructions explicitly warn you not to make him angry.
