Most horror add-ons in Bedrock fall apart the second you build a basic dirt hut and lock the door. You just place a few torches, wait out the night, and the threat is completely gone. Please Leave Me Alone actively punishes that exact strategy. Instead of just dropping random high-damage monsters into the woods, this add-on turns your world into a psychological nightmare by stripping away your safe zones. It introduces advanced stalker AI that constantly tracks your position. They don't just spawn and charge at you; they stand just outside your render distance, wait for you to look away, and actually peek through the windows and doors of your own base. Your carefully built survival home suddenly feels like a trap.
The tension gets even worse when you head underground. Standard strip mining becomes a claustrophobic nightmare when the ambient audio shifts, and you realize something is staring at you from the end of your tunnel. The creator built in a ton of custom auditory cues—heavy breathing, sudden knocks on glass, and heartbeat effects—that create extreme pressure before anything even attacks you.
Because this add-on relies heavily on injecting custom AI behaviors and complex stalking scripts into the game, it fundamentally alters the core Bedrock engine. As a result, Xbox Live achievements are permanently disabled on any world running this pack. Getting it installed requires a specific setup. It downloads as a standard `.mcaddon` file, but you absolutely must toggle on "Holiday Creator Features" and "Beta APIs" in your world settings before you generate the save. If you skip those experimental developer toggles, the custom stalker entities will fail to load properly and won't actually track you.
Performance-wise, you need to be prepared for the backend strain. While standard texture packs are lightweight, this mod forces the game engine to constantly calculate pathfinding for multiple stalker entities just outside your field of view. If you are playing on a high-end PC or a modern console, the tension feels flawless. However, if you are running this on an older budget smartphone, the heavy background scripting, camera shake mechanics, and ambient sound loops can definitely cause some frame drops and device heating during intense chase sequences. Play it on Hard difficulty with headphones, but be ready for a genuinely stressful experience.
