It is an incredibly slow-burn, psychological horror experience designed specifically to make you paranoid over a long period of time. But eventually, the mod ramps up into complete chaos, introducing terrifying stalker entities and a strict moon corruption mechanic that actively alters your environment. You absolutely cannot install this on a survival world you care about. The creator explicitly warns that the entities in this add-on will actively destroy your buildings, violently grief your chunks, and even use custom scripts to forcibly kick you from your own game.
