Slenderman Horror Addon

Mods / Mods 26 [1.26]

The Slenderman Horror Addon drops a high-threat stalker entity straight into your Bedrock spawn pool to overhaul standard night-time survival. Instead of relying on typical zombie pathfinding, this behavior pack alters overworld pacing by allowing Slenderman to generate across literally every biome, using direct line-of-sight camera checks and tight proximity sensors to trigger immediate, high-damage attacks.

AI Targeting and Behavior Components
To pull off the mechanic where staring at the entity initiates combat, the pack relies on Bedrock's minecraft:look_at and minecraft:target_nearby_sensor components. The background script constantly checks if a player's camera angle intersects with the entity's bounding box in loaded chunks. The second you center your crosshairs on Slenderman or walk into its proximity radius, its AI drops the passive state and locks onto your coordinates. Because the entity is hardcoded with boosted attack damage and a massive health pool, it will easily wipe undergeared players in one or two hits.

Global Mob Caps and Engine Overhead
By removing biome restrictions from the spawn rules, the addon allows Slenderman to generate everywhere from plains to deep dark caves. If the creator didn't set a strict limit on the spawn weights, these entities can aggressively clutter the hostile mob cap across active chunks. Running real-time line-of-sight checks for multiple entities forces the server to calculate camera vectors every tick. The simple 3D model won't tank client-side frame rates (FPS), but if multiple Slenderman entities are actively tracking player positions at once, server-side tick rate (TPS) will start dipping on mobile devices and base consoles.
